Maintenance Control II

Amentum is seeking a Maintenance Control II to provide support for a position located at Holloman AFB, FL.

Responsibilities

• Accesses Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) as required to enter and review maintenance actions in MIS from applicable aircraft forms.

• Tracks aircraft maintenance, engine status, aircraft Hourly Post Flight (HPO) hours and aircraft service life.

• Performs debriefing, maintenance scheduling, coordination of outside support, tracking of aircraft locations, aircraft history, maintenance, engine status, Time Compliance Tech Orders (TCTOs), aircraft service life, time change items, special instructions and other various functions in accordance with appropriate Tech Orders (TO), manuals, regulations and instructions.

• May process local engine downloads into engine databases after receipt from flight line personnel.

• Must be able to retrieve data to project maintenance events that impact operations. Briefs supervisions with scheduled events.

• Works with maintenance supervision to ensure maintenance actions are completed on time.

• Assists in training of other equal or lower level employees.

• Performs related clerical functions associated with Maintenance Control tasks such as updating status boards.

• Requires the application of experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed in searching for, interpreting, selecting or coding items to be entered form a variety of source documents.

• Performs other duties and related tasks within their classification as assigned by Supervisors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a Maintenance Production Manager AFSC 2R1X1.

• Minimum 4 years TCTO and Time Change Management process.

• Navigate, create, schedule & sign off maintenance actions in Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).

• Minimum Knowledge/understanding of applicable aircraft Technical Orders (T.O.) and Air Force Instructions (AFIs).

• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Additional Responsibilities

• Work week may shift to other days due to mission requirements. Report time to work varies depending upon mission schedule. Some overtime will be required.
