Maintenance Director

AEROTEK IS HIRING FOR A MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR!

LOCATION: WARSAW, NY

SALARY: $120K - $130K

BENEFITS: 401K, HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION, $10K SIGN ON BONUS

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage the plant Operations & Maintenance Department

• Plan, administer, and direct all unit activities related to facility maintenance

• Continually monitor operations and completing assessments and action plans to provide an optimal operating facility maintenance program

• Oversee all site utility systems

• Follow regulatory compliance requirements including Joint Commission

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Electrical Systems and Codes

• HVAC experience

• Knowledge of preventative maintenance of building systems

• Leadership experience
