Maintenance Manager

Seeking a maintenance manager to oversee and lead a team of 8-10 technicians on days and nights. They will implement and execute a PM plan, assist in assigning repairs to techs based on their skillset, hire, fire, track and order inventory, report hours, etc. They will be involved in management and production meetings and will be expected to provide insight and updates on maintenance related tasks

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years maintenance leadership experience

Experience with PM scheduling

Lean six sigma exp
