Randstad has partnered with a local company in Portland, TN and is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for a 3rd shift role. Work in climate controlled, air conditioning and heat!! Company has a great benefit package!! 3 -5 years of manufacturing experience in a maintenance role is required. Industrial equipment maintenance troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair. salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year

work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Safety of all employees for the assigned area

• Ensure company policies are being enforced and followed

• Communicate effectively with management and with the operators in written and verbal form

• Analyzes equipment failures, determines cause and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

• Document maintenance activities and equipment.

• To plan and carry out planned preventative maintenance on all plant equipment.

• Maintain MRO Inventory

• Ability to look for ways to improve quality, safety, and production

• Follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
