Job Description

As Manager of Central BU Finance, a candidate will provide financial support for corporate strategy and cross-business unit portfolio initiatives. Responsibilities are focused on supporting evaluation and ongoing monitoring of a variety of new business incubation initiatives led by corporate strategy as well as supporting long range planning and target setting processes from cross-BU perspective.

As a member of BU Finance, a person in this position will be expected to have strong business and financial acumen and able to proactively provide financial insights to business partners. They'll be expected to be a trusted and collaborative advisor to business partners across a variety of groups.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial modeling and analysis to assess financial strengths and weaknesses of strategic incubation business cases

• Collaborate with business unit operations to prepare and monitor key financial performance metrics for ongoing corporate strategy projects

• Coordinate preparation and review of cross BU and segment financial target model used to guide business leadership with financial expectation setting process

• Engage in long range financial planning process to provide central BU analysis and support especially pertaining to cross BU technology and product optimization.

• Support business to ensure financial information is accessible, timely, accurate and relevant to the decision-making process. Potential candidate serves as an advisor to key business partners and stakeholders, and building insightful reporting based on their understanding of the business objectives and risks.
