  • Advance your career as a National Account Manager specializing in selling to commercial restaurants and custom ingredient customers. This position is responsible for the Western United States market. We are looking for top talent in the Colorado, Texas, Arizona, or California regions.

    Engage with us in this leadership role by executing strategic customer planning and development. This includes development of sales plans and responsibility for ensuring execution of all activities related to the account(s), both within your book of business as well as the accounts under your team. You will also be building your network and expertise in a thriving channel within both Kellanova and the broader food manufacturers industry.

    A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

    • Account Development - As a National Account Manager, you will take ownership of your business by working with the appropriate levels and functions of the customer organization. You will identify key issues and generate creative solutions designed to strengthen branded partnerships that go beyond the status quo.

    • Strategic Partnerships - Collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, you will develop strategic business plans for assigned accounts to drive for opportunities that sustain Kellanova's competitive edge.

    • Budget Management - You will be responsible for Kellanova's overall financial health and wellbeing of each customer's product portfolio, trade and travel spend.

    • People Leadership - Putting your leadership skills to work, you will create an environment that fosters and promotes independent thinking, intelligent risk-taking, and problem-solving by communicating expectations. You will coach and motivate your direct reports and broker partners through positive support, reward, and reinforcement.

    We're Looking for Someone With

    • Foodservice industry experience in commercial restaurant national account and custom ingredient sales

    • Strong understanding of trade strategy and negotiation skills

    • Ability to understand market dynamics, forecast results, and analyze and interpret data

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Strong and professional interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to leverage data trends/insights to support selling proposition

    • Must have strong organizational and project management skillsets and the self-discipline to effectively work remotely
