Randstad is now hiring Manufacturing Tech in a Production environment! This position is responsible for assiting with custom pipe fabrication, utilizing various mechanical and hand tools. This would involve various tasks around the shop etc: running machines, bending tubes, fabrication and pressure ~~~ interested, please directly or call our office at ~~~.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Verifying proper machine operation

• Clearing machine jams when they occur

• Testing and verifying the quality of the product being produced

• Reporting all required data during runs

• Operates machines and production equipment safely

• Monitors the quality of output to identify, discard or remanufacture faulty products

• Maintains accurate daily production records

• Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems from the product line/process

• Note: This individual must be able to learn GMP's, ISO, and OSHA requirements in the manufacturing environment. This position shall operate in accordance with company policies & procedures, FDA regulations, and ISO standards.

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 4 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends

Skills

• Fabrication (1 year of experience is required)

• Pipe Bending (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Manufacturing

• Pressure Testing

• Machine Operation (1 year of experience is required)

• Experience level: Experienced
