  • System One is actively recruiting for several levels of Marine Electrical Engineer(s) for a long-term contract working onsite in Mobile, AL.

    This position will be supporting a project that is estimated to last for two-years, per diem will be provided for days 7/days per week, days worked.

    Electrical Engineer Specific Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

    • Thorough knowledge of power distribution, motor controllers, variable frequency drives, lighting systems, and communication systems

    • Experience with managing Electric Plant Load Analysis, Short Circuit Analysis, Voltage Drop, and Breaker Coordination Studies

    • Thorough knowledge of IEEE standards, ABS rules, IEC standards, SOLAS, Military Specifications, and/or NEC

    • Experience using ShipConstructor strongly preferred

    Project location: Mobile, AL (Onsite)

    Hourly Rate: Will depend on experience

    Per Diem: 7/days per week - days worked
