    Role Description:

    ~~~ is looking for a skilled Marketing Campaign Manager to support marketing initiatives for B2B and B2C audiences related to high-level campaigns, promotional programs, internal communications and events. Proficiency in project management and reporting is essential to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a proactive problem solver, with a can-do attitude, and a strong work ethic. They should be adaptable, possess a sense of urgency, and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond to meet project timelines and deliverables. This role requires the ability to handle direct feedback from stakeholders, provide solutions that exceed expectations, and move quickly in a demanding environment. The Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, assisting in mapping out projects, and ensuring accountability for meeting timelines and complex deliverables on multi-faceted projects. Additionally, they must be proactive in gaining multiple stakeholder approvals from several different time zones and be capable of gaining approvals and feedback from them based on limited bandwidth and availability.

    This role offers a hybrid work schedule of 4 days a week onsite with 1 day a week remote.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proficient in project management tools with a deep understanding of marketing including traditional, digital, email, event, and direct marketing techniques.

    • Provide project management support and assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met and documenting and gaining approval of the project at every key milestone.

    • Utilize project management tools like Asana, to streamline workflow and enhance collaboration among team members.

    • Map out and drive project timelines and hold internal teams and stakeholders accountable for deadlines, clear input, and direction.

    • Audit and develop processes for strategy sessions, creative workflows, value stream mapping, and owning project processes from inception to delivery.

    • Assist in gathering and analyzing data and lists and provide suggestions for optimizing for future and ongoing projects.

    • Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to maintain consistency in messaging, branding, and overall marketing efforts.

    • Work with external vendors to source gifts, direct mail production, and promotional items.

    • Bring creative ideas to brainstorming sessions, ad hoc projects, campaigns, and strategies.

    • Stay up-to-date with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, Basecamp, Teamwork, Wrike or equivalent, and marketing trends, incorporating them into your process.

    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of campaigns and make informed recommendations based on learnings.

    • Assist with other marketing activities as needed.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

    • A track record of commitment to prior employers.

    • 5+ years of work experience in business, marketing, communications, or related professional area.

    • Strong problem-solving skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    • Detail-oriented and able to execute multiple projects at various stages of development.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects based on urgency.

    • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
