Marketing/Communications Coordinator

Description

We are seeking a creative marketer with excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate to diverse audiences. Marketing/Communications Coordinators looking to play a pivotal role in leading branding efforts in the Non-Profit industry will find an opening with one of Robert Half's clients. You will be ideal for this Marketing/Communications Coordinator position if you are proficient at tracking campaign results, in addition to executing on marketing and communications strategies. This short-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the Princeton, New Jersey area. This position requires you to be detail-oriented and multi-task on a variety of marketing activities.

How you will make an impact

• Recognize conferences, trade shows, and other speaking opportunities and oversee trade show activities

• Produce marketing materials, newsletters, advertising, and digital content

• Collaborate with other internal teams to harmonize marketing strategies

• Analyze target audiences & complete market research

Requirements - Less than one year of experience is acceptable

• Ability to understand website creation tools

• Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

• Editing experience highly desired

• Foundational knowledge in Newsletters

• Websites experience required

• Proficiency in Social Media Content

• Communication Skills experience desired

• Able to use graphic design, video editing, web development, and photography applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
