  • Responsibilities:

    • Manage the development and execution of the segment strategy and plan including acquisition and nurture programs, campaigns, account-based strategies, and product launch support to drive demand, improve brand awareness, and build funnel to achieve revenue targets.

    • Lead the creation of compelling marketing content and assets for use across multiple marketing channels and audience targets. Assets may include blog posts, case studies, articles, whitepapers, and infographics.

    • Track, report, and manage analyses for all executed programs and make adjustments to maximize effectiveness of efforts and budget.

    • Manage event marketing/tradeshows in collaboration with the global events team including booth presence, sponsorships, and pre/post show engagement.

    • Understand key sales success factors, buyer needs, buyer personas and barriers while developing programs and tactics to address them.

    • Monitor and analyze healthcare trends, competitors, and industry best practices.

    • Work closely and collaboratively with Segment Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Content and Digital Experience teams.

    • Manage budgets, timelines, and internal teams in program execution.

    • Stay current with marketing trends and best practices. Consistently seek new ways to test and improve programs.

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

    Qualifications:

    • At least eight (8) years related marketing experience

    • Previous healthcare marketing experience preferred

    • Experience with Marketo, DemandBase and ~~~ a plus.

    • Ability to manage multiple-time sensitive requests, troubleshoot, and prioritize appropriately in a deadline-oriented marketing department

    • Ability to maintain a consistently high level of attention to detail

    • A high degree of personal initiative, accountability, and integrity

    • Ability to build effective relationships and work on teams with a wide range of people

    • Flexible to changing priorities
