Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an an experienced Material Handler to execute the receiving, inspection, disposition, storing, using, staging and distribution of equipment used by healthcare participants and/or healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are shipped and delivered promptly. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, are reliable and value teamwork in a fast-paced and safety-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• ERP/inventory management systems experience such as Oracle, Deltek Costpoint, Maximo, SAP, Remedy

• Performs root cause analysis, make recommendations and document non-conforming materials.

• Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts.

• Direct the flow of packages from preparation to shipment

• Physically and systemically receive/issue individual material requisitions

• Coordinate with on-site and/or off-site warehousing facilities for parts replenishment and material for storage.

• Work with appropriate logistics and production personnel to resolve/prevent part shortages.

• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing and other managers to optimize processes

• Resolve issues regarding shipped orders

• Help reconcile inventory discrepancies and report discrepancies to Supervisor.

• Report to management on activities and issues

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent.

• Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language.

• Proficient in basic mathematics.

• Ability to communicate well and work with others.

• Basic computer skills.

• Ability to consistently lift
