The Position: Wasatch Electric is accepting applications for a Mechanic Shop Administrator.

Role and Responsibilities: The Mechanic Shop Administrator office will work in our mechanic shop under the direction of the Fleet Manager and will have the following primary responsibilities:

• Create, maintain and enter purchase orders

• Running Parts

• Clerical and administrative duties related to our mechanic shop

• Other miscellaneous duties, as required

Qualification Requirements:

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Access)

• Typing and ten-key proficiency

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Interpersonal and organizational skills

• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and efficiently deal with many details

• Capability to work independently and as a member of a team
