Mechatronics Engineer

Description

This Client is working on automating a facility and this specific candidate is working on the camera and Vision systems that the robotic system is using to identify and pull the product from the bins in the warehouse. (they are not working on the whole robotic system that moves around the warehouse) Their job will be debugging issues, collecting data, and replacing cameras and sensors that may have issues.

Linux OS's, including in the terminal (navigating, installing/updating packages, Inspecting and handling electromechanical systems (wire harnesses, controllers, cameras, motors, power supplies, etc.) Able to collect and clean up data, produce simple visualizations (ex. Excel, matplotlib, etc.) Familiar enough with mechanical CAD software (primarily SolidWorks) to view design files and take measurements
