Medical Secretary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a primary care practice in Wayland, MA who is currently seeking a Medical Secretary to work on a contractual basis.

Details of the Position Include:

Location: Wayland, MA

Setting: Primary Care Practice - Internal Medicine

Responsibilities: administrative responsibilities, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, working the phones, prior authorizations

Duration: 13 week contract

Start Date: ASAP/ 2-3 weeks upon offer

Hours: 32 hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday- Friday

• 8:30am-5:00pm

Requirements:

• Experience as a medical secretary

• COVID vaccine, booster and seasonal Flu vaccine

Pay Rate: $15-18/hour
