Molecular Tech

Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for a Molecular Tech to complete tasks such as sample accessioning, DNA extraction (automated and manual methods), and quality control of instruments. Types of specimen the candidate will be working with:

- Blood

- Buccal Swabs

- Cultured Cells

- Amniotic Fluid

- Chorionic Villi

- Saliva

Skills and Requirements

-Clinical lab experience (does not need to be in molecular)

• any type of Molecular experience techniques (even in undergrad research) would be great

-Fast Learner

-Strong communicator

-Go Getter - Epic Beaker Experience

- Experience with Micropipettes (huge plus)

- Bachelor degree in Science null
