Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Multi-Site Community Director for Conventional and Student Housing to join our team in State College, PA. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior Property Management Experience. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required. We will pay for you to get one! Hours:Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm – Friday, 8:00am – 2:30pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operation of the property.
• Rent collection.
• Process applications.
• Customer service.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Strong Eye for detail.
• Data entry.
• Property Inspections.
• Review and prepare monthly reporting.
• Review invoices for accuracy and process timely.
• Previous Experience with Yardi is helpful.
• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
