Network Technician

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Network Technician who is looking to grow within the Infrastructure/Client Services team at one of our retail clients. This individual will be responsible for working on three existing projects, all of which fall under the networking umbrella. These three initiatives will support over 2,000 end-users within the revenue-generating part of the organization. On a daily basis, this person will work closely with fellow technicians and a Project Manager to ensure that any escalated issues are resolved in this 24/7 shop. They will be required to come on-site five days a week in Midtown Manhattan, as this team is highly collaborative and close-knit.

Skills and Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience working on networking based projects.

• Experience analyzing, testing, troubleshooting and evaluating the existing network.

• Supported desktop and mobile infrastructure for end-users.

• Excellent communications skills and the ability to work cross functionally. - Aruba networking experience null
