Job Description:

This position is eligible for a $5.00 an hour Float Pool Differential.

Winchester Hospital, a member of Beth Israel Lahey Health, has exciting new openings for novice nurses within our hospital family. We created a robust new grad training program that will prepare you for your career on delivering exceptional personalized care within our Magnet-designated, Top 10 Massachusetts recognized 229-bed hospital.

This program will develop your skills and talents for the following

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness

• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient

• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited BORN approved program

• Eligible to take the nurse registration exam (NCLEX)

Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts including weekend and holiday rotation
