Nozomi Utility - 2nd Shift

Summary

The Nozomi Digital Press Utility position is responsible for setting up and assisting the operator and apprentice at all times. Utility position should be able to trouble shoot and operate the machine as needed. Daily Job duties below also apply to the Utility position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following

• Assist in setting up the digital press safely and efficiently according to the job schedule provided.

• Assist and clean the coater section of the machine.

• Set up, operate and manage the down stacker and coater section during operation as needed.

• Stage materials for the press for current and upcoming shifts.

• Assist operator and apprentice to complete the routine start-up and daily maintenance requirements and report any operational issues with the press to the appropriate people.

• Help complete the required preventative maintenance routines as required.

• Train to be able to fully operate the machine as needed.

• Responsible for the overall Safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.

• Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Overtime is required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
