    Who we're looking for:

    ARC Document Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team working at either, Addicon, IL, Chicago, IL, or Waukesha, WI. As a Document Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in expanding the sales of Imaging, Archiving and Document Management Solutions. This position involves driving new business growth, managing the sales process, and building relationships with clients to achieve sales objectives.

    In this role you will:

    • Lead/manage a sales process to drive new business growth, including scheduling face-to-face meetings and presentations.
    • Identify development potential in accounts by studying current business metrics and uncovering additional business opportunities.
    • Utilize HubSpot CRM daily to manage the sales pipeline and consistently close opportunities.
    • Initiate and follow the sales process, understanding client's business drivers, building relationships, and overcoming objections to close business.
    • Build and manage an active pipeline of opportunities within the assigned territory.
    • Prepare and present to all levels within client organizations.
    • Collaborate with sales and operational leaders to develop winning sales strategies.
    • Understand ARC Document Solution's Value Proposition and competitive advantages, delivering it formally to clients.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously enhance job knowledge through education and training opportunities.
    • Maximize profitability by understanding components of margin.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of successful outside sales/hunting experience.
    • Knowledge of Digital Print Sales.
    • Familiarity with document capture/imaging/digitizing and document archiving technology.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and a sales CRM (e.g., ~~~).
    • Knowledge of Document Management industry.
    • Ability to learn new information quickly.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Attributes for Success in this Role:

    • 2 to 5 years experience selling document scanning/archiving/capture/imaging services.
    • Independent, self-motivated sales professional comfortable with a hybrid role (50% onsite, 50% remote).
    • Demonstrated hunting mentality and repeatable above-quota sales.
    • Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling, and closing skills.
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.
    • Dynamic outgoing personality with networking skills at industry mixers and local associations.
    • Ability to prospect via telephone or other media to set in-person appointments.
