    Job Summary:

    HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital is seeking an exceptional physical medicine and rehabilitation physician to join us as Medical Director of an existing program

    Qualified Candidates

    • Board eligible / board certified in PM&R

    • Inpatient focus

    • Full-time position with Medical Directorship duties

    • Provide leadership and direction for existing rehabilitation program

    • Cover 20-bed acute inpatient rehab unit located within Panama City Beach, Florida

    • CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehab Facilities) accredited and ranks in the top 5 for quality outcomes in all of HCA (71 rehab programs)

    • A dedicated group of trained therapy and nursing staff including certified rehab nurses

    • We treat general acute rehab patients including but not limited to stroke, orthopaedic, multiple trauma, amputation, neurological conditions, and debility patients

    • Can do consults in hospital or nursing homes, if interested
