    The role you'll contribute:

    Primary responsibilities include providing administrative coordination for the Center for Physician Wellbeing (CPW) and Graduate Medical Education (GME), working with the medical director and CMO to develop projects related to physician culture, developing analytical reports for physician culture projects, and developing communications strategies for the Center for Physician Wellbeing and Graduate Medical Education (GME).

    The value you'll bring to the team:

    • Manage day-to-day operations for the CPW and GME

    • Develop systems to track incoming professionalism referrals

    • Manage budgets for the CPW, Department of Professionalism and GME

    • Collaborate with medical director and CMO to develop programs related to physician culture and wellbeing

    • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met

    • Manage event logistics

    The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

    Minimum qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public relations, communications or equivalent degree

    • Two or more years of relevant experience

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business, public relations, communications or equivalent degree

    • Healthcare experience, especially working directly with physicians
