  • Practice Description

    Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine with OB physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic - Princeton . Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.

    Practice Details:

    • 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.

    • Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day .

    • 34 patient contact hours per week.

    • Call Frequency: 5-6 times a month

    • Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections.

    • Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule

    • As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.

    • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

    • H1B Visa accepted.

    Onsite services:

    • Rehab services, counseling, audiology, diabetic education, pharmacy, medication therapy management, lab, x-ray, mammography, ultrasound, infusion therapy, and bone densitometry.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.

    • Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.

    • Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.

    • Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.

    • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
