    Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Hospice Medicine physician to join the group with the desire to be the Medical Director.

    -The Hospice Medical Director role includes program development and educate physicians across the organization -Practice includes oversight of the Sanford Hospice program based in Sioux Falls, SD with Branches in SD and MN -This program features a Home Hospice, four Residential Hospice Cottages, and a 20-Bed Adult/Pediatric Inpatient Hospice House -Disease management and pain and symptom management of hospice patients -Experience in care of terminally ill patients is desired -Demonstrates ability to promote teamwork and collaboration within the interdisciplinary team as well as referral sources and the communities we serve -Flexible work schedule plus call coverage -Interdisciplinary Team includes: Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, Pastoral Care professionals, Social Workers, Case Management and Medical Ethicists
