Randstad has partnered with a well known Commerical Laundry company and we want you to join our team as a Maintenance Technician and keep our facilities running smoothly. You'll be the hero who fixes breakdowns, tackles repairs, and ensures everything is tip-top shape. Shift: W-Sat 6:30 am-4:30 pm

Here's what you'll do:

• Perform preventative maintenance on our equipment.

• Diagnose and fix problems like a pro.

• Keep our facilities clean and safe.

• Work independently and with our awesome team.

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related field.

• Experience with preventive and reactive maintenance on various equipment, including rollers, conveyor belts, hydraulics, and pneumatics, among others.

• Demonstrated proficiency in working with PLCs, VFDs, and electrical systems (up to 480 Volts).

• A problem-solving brain and an eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing machinery and equipment

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment to determine the root cause of problems

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential maintenance needs

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and replacements

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

*On-call rotation with the Maintenance Team

The essential functions of this role include

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
