Portfolio Administrator

Description

A highly successful ETF Trading firm is currently looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join their NYC team. In this role you will work closely with the trading desk to provide support for all daily trading and operational aspects of fund management.

Responsibilities of this position will include

• Operating under supervision to transition and rebalance portfolios in line with guidelines

• Providing support to senior portfolio managers and traders with daily portfolio management and rebalances

• Identifying and resolving trading discrepancies

• Ensuring trades are booked accurately and promptly

• Assisting in reconciling fund positions, trades and cash movements with a variety of trade support teams

• Handling various product-related questions throughout the trading day from accountants, brokers, custodians and market makers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field

• 1+ years of Trade Operations experience at an Asset Manager or Bank

• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem solving skills
