As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for ing standard engineering principles to solve complex problems from conception to final design, with input from your team. You will plan, schedule, and lead project assignments, evaluating and selecting various engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria with minimal guidance
Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree.
5-8 years of experience in Technical Management, Project Management, and Leadership.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read and write English fluently.
Previous experience dealing with customers both inside and outside of the facility.
Healthcare packaging experience is a plus.
Experience with Minitab software is a plus.
Knowledge of plastic resins/materials and regulations is beneficial.

Schedule and interface with development groups and technical support groups with minimal guidance.
Devise new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles.
Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Supervise and coordinate a Senior Engineer/Engineer and/or coordinator on assigned work.
Ensure appropriate material choice, overall set design, and supplier selection within the operation.
Demonstrate knowledge of various manufacturing processes such as assembly, extrusion, and molding.
Work towards meeting the intended use of the product in various countries of sales, as applicable to the project being led.
Develop/sustain a product in accordance with defined Quality and Regulatory standards.
Finalize reports/presentations related to projects and other necessary reports as needed.
Assign project activities within the project team to meet committed milestones and project objectives.
Conduct Design Verification and Validation in accordance with ISO Standards, CE Norms, FDA, country-specific norms, and Quality Manual.
Plan/execute Design Verification Testing based on materials knowledge, fluid dynamics, and correct equipment usage.
Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to plan resources, budget, and timelines throughout the project development lifecycle.
Present the work achieved by the team to different stakeholders as applicable.
Design with manufacturability in mind, leading the team through development activities for smooth design transfer to manufacturing.
