About the role

The Procurement Data & Analytics Sr. Manager will operate as the Business Owner for Procurement Analytics; responsible for realization of the short, near, and long-term vision. You will enable actionable and next-generation analytics for our Procurement partners through the business delivery of Procurement frontend and backend Analytics solutions, working with the offshore delivery team. As part of the Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Procurement team, you will report to the Head of Procurement Center of Excellence.

How you will contribute

• Procurement Analytics Business Owner, overseeing the Agile delivery of the Procurement Analytics Backbone, including backend (Data Acquisition, Data Modeling, Data Hubs), frontend delivery (PowerBI), data quality, and documentation.

• Collaborate with Data, Digital, & Technology (DD&T) and Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) organizations for delivery.

• Collaborate with Partners to ensure output meets expectations and to create new/improved visualization standards for Procurement reporting.

• Position Procurement for next-generation analytics capabilities, including AI/ML.

• Deliver Proof of Concepts following business objectives, and operationalize.

• Provide analytics solutions training and advisory to the Procurement organization.

• Develop training-related documents and materials to enhance user proficiency of systems and tools and analytics solutions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or your country's equivalent.

• A degree in in Business Intelligence/Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Engineering desirable.

• Business level fluency in English (must have), second language

• 5 years' experience in Procurement process, Analytics or Finance, and working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba.)

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau) and SQL

• Machine learning and AI experience

• Build trusted partnerships with Procurement, Takeda Business Solutions and DD&T partners

• Experience working global environment, understands international business practices, customs and markets.

U.S. Base Salary Range:

$133,000.00 - $209,000.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.?The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.

U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others.
