  • Position Objective:

    The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating strategic and operational programs and initiatives, such as: top account governance, inside sales, case study management, executive events, employee enrichment, business continuity and workplace . You will be responsible for ensuring success metrics are achieved across initiatives through tight collaboration with executives, field leaders, and corporate and external stakeholders, as well as an optimistic and flexible partnership approach, consistent communications, and adoption of standard practices. This role requires a commitment to learning how each initiative impacts the big picture goals within Randstad Digital.

    This position will perform functions to ensure the timely completion of initiatives and projects and the identification and mitigation of risks and issues. Projects require coordination across cross-functional teams, including industry sales groups, marketing, sales excellence, growth office, training teams, operations, corporate functions and external partners.

    • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

    • Implement and adhere to program and project management best practices and methodologies.

    • Identify and manage risks, making informed decisions to mitigate potential challenges.

    • Provide regular updates to leadership on program and project status, key milestones, and areas requiring attention.

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.

    Key focus areas:

    Industry Group Top Account Governance

    • Partner with assigned industry group sales leaders to establish and maintain governance structures for top accounts.

    • Hold sales teams accountable for meeting quantitative and qualitative goals throughout the year.

    • Manage ownership inventory of accounts, ensuring clarity and accountability within the sales teams.

    • Provide research support and tailored content to meet the specific needs of top accounts.

    Event Support

    • Participate in event planning, sales engagement, and driving executive RSVPs for local and national face to face and virtual events

    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of executive events.

    • Provide pre-event planning, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.

    • Collaborate with marketing and operations to create a seamless experience internally and externally.

    Content Creation and Management

    • Oversee the creation and management of case studies, win wires, and hot pursuits documentation.

    • Explore creative formats, including internal podcasts and motivational videos, to enhance communication and knowledge sharing.

    • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistency and alignment with company messaging.

    Inside Sales Support

    • Collaborate with sales teams to define and execute inside sales goals aligned with overall business objectives.

    • Develop strategies to maximize sales performance, including lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.

    • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

    • Provide training and support to inside sales teams to enhance their skills and drive results.

    What you need to bring:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

    • Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required

    • Progressive experience in operations, program and management required

    • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and project management tool (such as Trello); knowledge of macros, pivot tables is preferred

    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills required for various levels throughout the organization

    • Strong organizational skills and a reputation for driving accountability and consistency

    • Demonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skills

    • Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office suite, and project management tool; knowledge of macros, pivot tables is preferred

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and meeting deadlines with quality

    • Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas, as well as communicate key data to stakeholders and groups

    • Strong drive and commitment for delivering outstanding results
