    What You'll Get to Do:

    CACI is tasked with providing cyber engineering support to the Navy Combat System enclave for shipboard systems. As the Navy maintains multiple combat systems with various combat system elements each developed and managed by a different Program Executive Office (PEO).

    More About the Role

    The following tasks will be supported by the Project Analyst

    • Support Technical Project Leads (TPLs) with development of and entry of loaded resources plans.

    • Perform financial analysis of task/subtasks to track health of execution, funding stability/health, and identify problems and opportunities for TPLs to act upon.

    • Support TPLs during annual Task Planning Sheet (TPS) generation and for periodic re-negotiation when tasking/budget changes occurring through the fiscal year.

    • Monitor project tasking, funding streams, and support project needs.

    • Perform financial analysis to support all project reviews such as, but not limited to, Quarterly Execution Reviews (QERs), Mid-Year Reviews.

    • Support procurements for projects.

    • Track execution and assist TPLs.

    • Support government leads and the Cyber Program Director to track status of creation of NWAs, funding documents, WAW packages, etc.

    • Support financial forecasting and carryover projections.

    • Provide Program Management support to Cyber Program Director with experience in schedule tracking using Microsoft Project, Risk Management, etc.

    • Track status of creation and modification of funding documents which are singularly controlled/modified to identify if new and/or expiring funding has been addressed to support project execution.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Experience with Navy Combat System customers and customer business practices (Aegis, SSDS, etc.)

    • Six (6) years general combat systems experience, four (4) years of which shall be specific experience. Specific experience is defined as those experiences defined in the contract's Statement of Work (SOW) or comparable experiences in other Navy engineering initiatives.

    • Demonstrated experience with operational aspects of projects (e.g., identify cost and schedule variance); monitoring projects and reporting project details (e.g., progress, schedule, and problems); providing recommendations to project stakeholders; documenting and reviewing project actions; developing graphical depictions of project expenditures and work hours; identifying and evaluating project risk factors and communicating where risks have changed.

    • Familiarity with NAVSEA Business Rules

    • Experience as a program analyst or equivalent position.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

    • Able to work with a diverse and large team.

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

    • Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business, finance, or accounting related field

    • Experience with the Integrated Budget, Planning and Execution System (IBPES)

    • Experience with the Navy Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) System.

    $57,500 - 117,900 USD
