  • An Architecture and Interior Design firm in the suburbs of Chicago is looking to add a Project Architect to their team!

    Job Description

    • Will report to and support the Principals on projects

    • Work with internal team members, external contractors and clients to ensure projects are meeting requirements and deadlines

    • Work on all project phases from preliminary design through construction administration

    • Run projects independently from start to finish to produce full sets of construction documents in Revit or AutoCAD

    • Assist with building code and permitting requirements on projects

    • May assist in creating renderings, 3D models and marketing/client presentations

    • Mentor and assist with the development of junior level team members when needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related degree is required

    • Licensure or on track towards licensure is highly preferred

    • 6 or more years of experience working at an architecture firm

    • Experience working on commercial, hospitality and multi-family residential projects is preferred

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, Revit is a plus

    • Proficiency in Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite and Lumion are preferred

    • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
