    Job Title: Project Manager

    Location(s): Grand Junction, CO

    Status: Full-Time

    FLSA: Exempt

    Hiring Range: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00/yr. ( The anticipated starting salary pay range of $90000.00 - $125,000.00/yr. is based on minimum requirements for this position. Minimum requirements are bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience of relevant experience. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant's education, training, and experience.)

    RSI EnTech, LLC is recruiting for a Project Manager who willoversee complex projects and assumes the leadership role in managing the project from conceptual designs/scoping through field implementation to project closeout efforts. Ensures safety, environmental, quality, budget and schedule goals are met by their team.

    This position is required to travel and be in the field approximately 30% of the time.

    Primary responsibilities and essential functions:

    • Apply professional principles, practices, and techniques.

    • Lead professionals and complex technical teams.

    • Set direction and prioritize resources to meet Legacy Management (LM) objectives.

    • Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, monitoring and controlling, quality, implementation, execution, and completion, within cost and schedule, of assigned projects.

    • Ensure project-related documents are complete, current, stored, and archived appropriately.

    • Ensure projects are consistent with RSI project management strategy and policies, and in accordance with Federal - LM guidelines.

    • Communicate in a tactful and sensitive manner while interfacing with external customers (LM), regarding issues that may be sensitive in nature.

    • Ensure projects are managed using required project management software tools.

    • Identify project risk and develop mitigation plans to minimize risk exposure.

    • Plan and develop project schedules, including milestones.

    • Employ sound cost estimating practices to prepare budget proposals.

    • Secure resources required to achieve project goals.

    • Mentor those with less experience.

    • Work collaboratively with staff to maintain thorough knowledge of project status and ensure communications are precise.

    • Track and manage project progress, milestones, and deliverables.

    • Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.

    • Assess project issues, identify, and implement solutions to meet project goals.

    • Solve technical and non-technical problems throughout the life of the project.

    • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and develop contingency plans.

    • If necessary, issue stop work order when an adverse risk is identified

    • If necessary, recommend and seek approval for budget changes thru drafting and submitting of Task Order Changes (TOC) to LM.

    • Effectively communicate project expectations to management, end users, and stakeholders.

    • Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to management.

    • Coordinate, monitor, and control work performed by internal and external resources.

    • Other duties, as assigned.

    Work experience, skills, and capabilities needed :

    • Proven ability to prepare and present reports.

    • Experience in resource management.

    • Demonstrate ability to provide leadership, manage highly complex projects, diverse teams of managers, and senior professional staff.

    • Strong oral and written communication skills.

    • Knowledge of project management techniques.

    • Knowledge of environmental engineering.

    • Experience with NORM and TENORM management.

    • Understanding of environmental assessment, remediation, and construction methodologies.

    • Proficient in solving complex problems.

    • Experience with project governance, project scoping, and cost estimating.

    • Ability to look beyond existing methodologies and own discipline to define and resolve complex problems.

    Technical knowledge, certifications/licenses, and software proficiency required:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

    • Valid driver's license.

    Desirable qualifications, experience, or proficiencies of the ideal candidate:

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate.

    Required Education and Years of Experience:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum 5 years' experience. Experience in lieu of education may be considered.

    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
