Initiatives: Energy Management Technology - Real-Time Energy Management (RTEM)
?This role is important to achieve the milestones, outputs, and outcomes from the Consolidated Investment Plan for the Energy Management Technology chapter. Project manager services are required to successfully process incoming deliverables in a timely fashion.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Must have previous experience with utility and/or government incentive program implementation.
General knowledge of building HVAC systems and common Energy Efficiency measures.
General knowledge of common energy management strategies within Commercial & Multifamily buildings.
General knowledge of New York State Technical Resource Manual, and ability to perform savings calculations using this resource.
Ability to manage an assigned pool of RTEM vendor projects, including:
Tracking of deliverable due dates across multiple projects
Communication with assigned vendors on upcoming milestones, and review status updates
Review and approval of vendor submitted project deliverables
Issuance of project incentive payments
Excellent external and customer communications skills - both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of vendor submitted incentive projects, including.
Track project milestone due dates.
Coordinate/communicate with assigned program vendors on submission timelines and deliverable approval status.
Review vendor submitted project deliverables.
Issue payments to vendors for project milestones and reporting on program progress.
Manage any vendors selected for technical support or program implementation
Other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes for Advanced Efficiency Solutions Team.
IT Systems that will be used: NEIS, Salesforce, Sharepoint
Contractor must have computer, cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet available while remote.
