  • Description

    • Managing multiple full mechanical construction projects

    • Maintaining and monitoring general conditions, work scope and specifications of project contract/subcontracts- before, during and upon completion of project.

    • Collaborating with field labor supervision to plan, organize and schedule project work and assure compliance with state and federal licensing agencies.

    • Creating project schedule of values, project budget, and cost code schedule.

    • Ensuring proper safety policy and methods are utilized on assigned projects in conjunction with our company Safety Director and stated policy.

    • Effectively purchasing materials, equipment and subcontracts and maintaining on-going controls and records.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proven project management skills with a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management with full mechanical contracting or related construction firms.

    • Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering degree preferred

    • Experience with large commercial and industrial projects is highly desirable.

    • Proficiency with software tools including Procore, Microsoft Office, Autodesk and other related software tools.

    • Proficient in multiple trades (Specifically HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Building Automation Systems).
