Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

Description We are looking for a skilled individual to fill the role of Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This role is within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry and entails managing projects using Adobe Workfront software. This is a contract role that will involve working directly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects related to biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations from initiation to completion

• Utilize Adobe Workfront software to streamline project management processes

• Apply industry-specific knowledge to drive project success and meet regulatory requirements

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and potential risks

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources efficiently

• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies

• Maintain accurate project documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

• Leverage skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, and About Time to enhance project management

• Utilize skills in AB Testing, Budget Processes, Deliverable, Design, Adobe Workfront, Biopharmaceuticals, Manufacturing Industry, and Pharmaceutical Products to drive the success of projects. Requirements - Possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant role

• Proficient in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database management

• Experience with EO/IR systems, About Time, and AB Testing

• Knowledge of Budget Processes and Deliverable creation

• Skilled in Design and Adobe Workfront

• Experience in the Biopharmaceuticals and Manufacturing Industry

• Familiarity with Pharmaceutical Products is preferred

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
