Required Skills:

QA Engineering Lead Responsibilities

1. Ensure the delivery of a high-quality software and platform for FRL product lines.

2. Build a test-driven engineering culture that drives improvements in quality.

3. Implement process changes to scale testing efforts across multiple products.

4. Plan, develop, and execute test coverage for multiple platforms.

5. Identify, test, track, and report KPI trends over the course of the projects.

6. Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover reoccurrences.

7. Work with engineers and project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.

8. Own the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performance.

9. Partner with Automation and Infrastructure team to leverage automation to allow better reliability and scalability.

10. Telecommuting from any location in the U.S. permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

1. Requires Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Foreign equivalent accepted.

2. Requires 24 months experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

3. Experience must include 24 months of experience involving following:

4. 1. Test planning, test design and execution, performance and stress testing, and implementing and maintaining quality test automation
5. 1. Debugging applications on Platform, PC, and mobile components
6. 1. Building, shipping, and maintaining commercial software and
7. 1. Coding in Python, PHP, Java, C, or C++.

Public Compensation:

$192,909/year to $215,160/year + bonus + equity + benefits
