YOUR ROLE

• Collection of and testing of select product contact surface sites and environmental monitoring sites.

• Raw and Finished product microbiological testing.

• Plate Reading and gram staining.

• Prompt communication with the Plant Hygiene Manager and/or Quality Manager regarding issues and out of spec results.

• Provide coverage as needed for the hygiene manager by attending hygiene meetings, conducting hygiene audits, and assisting with training.

YOUR SKILLS

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Post-secondary degree preferred

• Bachelor's degree in science field preferred - College coursework in microbiology is highly preferred

• Skilled in use of PC software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Experience with SAP, relevant ISO standards, and/or auditing preferred

• Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities

• Ability to work an Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm

The salary for this role is $20.00 - $24.32 . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
