GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Quality Manager to join our team at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement program quality plans and procedures.

• Ensure that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.

• Review, analyze and report on quality discrepancies and data related to production.

• Ensure that all incoming products, intermediate products and finished products conform to applicable specification requirements.

• Performing quality inspections and/or audits internally or at external vendor sites.

• Investigate problems and develop disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.

• Interface with our government customers and outside vendors to ensure that requirements are met.

• Recommend corrective actions, dispositions, process optimization and modifications.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 5 years work experience or equivalent experience

• Eligible to obtain a DoD security clearance.

• Experience/proficiencies with ISO 9001-2015 and ISO Auditing. Current or previous Certifications in CQE, Six Sigma, ASQ or R2.

• Experience with performing acceptance inspections/testing, utilizing prints or drawings, to ensure compliance to government specifications.

• Experience with perform packaging inspections to ensure compliance with product shipping specifications.

• Experience with performing External Vendor Audits to ensure vendor product quality meets or exceeds drawing/diagram specification requirements.

• Experience with conducting Management Reviews, developing internal process audits and root cause for corrective actions, initiate and manage local CAPA corrective and preventive actions.

• Experience in developing and initiating standard methods for product inspection, testing, and evaluation.

• Familiarity with the Navy's Product Data Reporting Program
