Due to growing operations, a Manufacturer in Ogden, Utah, is seeking a Quality Technician Lead to add to its team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Quality experience in a manufacturing environment. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package and generous PTO!

responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections throughout the production or manufacturing process, including in-process and final inspections

• Train new employees in Spanish (Must speak fluent Spanish)

• Perform equipment calibrations

• Perform workstation audits

• Maintain documentation of all inspections and potential issues

• Assist with problem resolution

• Suggest process improvements
