Currently, we are seeking a talented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis, with the opportunity for a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

    Job Description

    As a Receptionist, you will serve as the face of our company, ensuring all visitors and callers have a positive experience. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage the front desk operations while upholding professionalism and exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Warmly greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees upon arrival.

    • Manage incoming calls, transferring to appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.

    • Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries promptly.

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms.

    • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.

    • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry.

    • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth visitor experiences and meetings.

    • Adhere to security protocols by issuing visitor badges and monitoring access.

    • Respond to inquiries and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.

    • Support other departments with miscellaneous tasks as required.

    Requirements

    Requirements

    • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.

    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

    • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.

    • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
