  • Helps drive the generation of relevant region-based client and marketplace insights, executes go-to-market plans against goals and target audiences, and executes integrated programs that are aligned with global campaigns. Contributes to budgeting, metrics and reporting. Supports interlock of local-level activities with global business, brand and marketing strategy.

    • Supports insights gathering on customers and market(s) needs for regional and global teams.

    • Understands region business strategy, local market trends, competitive insights, person as and buyer experiences, and supports team in planning and budgeting. (10%)

    • Supports local-level planning and interlock: brand activation, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, message development and marketing mix. Supports alignment of tactical plans to business goals.(15%)

    • Supports execution of demand generation program tactics: inbound and outbound marketing, strategic communications, content production, agency management, project management, social marketing, search (SEO/SEM), event marketing, MAP/CRM programs and more (50%)

    • Helps with budgeting, measurement, analytics and reporting to ensure visibility to the business impacts resulting from team activity. Supports identified opportunities for growth and cost/ROI improvements.

    • Supports management of actuals versus budget and KPIs, allocates budgets by program/campaign, and helps proactively diagnose and execute against insights to support pipeline health, conversion rates and overall return on investment. (10%)

    • Influences business and supports sales objectives through effective communications that rely on cultural and operating norms. Collaborate cross-functionally and leverages internal networks to steer successful outcomes for local teams during planning and review periods. (5%)

    • Operates at a contributor level and participates in success of a high-performing team (5%)

    • Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required (5%)

    • Read and follow the ULS Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices

    • Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field, with a minimum of six years of relevant experience or demonstrated competency.

    • B2B experience of at least 3 years.

    • Customer-focused mindset.

    • Solid understanding of demand generation concepts, Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo, PowerBi, competitive insights-gathering, planning tools and budgeting processes

    • Understands key aspects of the marketing mix, i.e., pricing, product, promotion and positioning, and experience activating promotions and leveraging tools across a variety of promotional channels

    • Skilled in Microsoft Office and/or experience using a wide array of communications tools

    • Ability to proficiently translate English to Vietnamese.

    • Proven work experience in Vietnam and South East Asia.

    • Adaptable and flexible to changes in a dynamic work environment.

    • Proficient communicator with strong collaboration skills.

    • Capable of leading and supporting project execution.

    • Demonstrates proficient business acumen.

    • Understands and supports strategic initiatives.

    • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
