Registered Nurse - Cardiac Rehab Clinic

We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Registered Nurse for Cardiac Rehab Clinics in Magic Valley !

What You Can Expect:

• State-of-the-art facility featuring cardio equipment, a full line of select weight equipment, free weights, walking track, demonstration kitchen, locker rooms, exam rooms and clinic space.

• The team uses a case management model and each clinician is responsible for care coordination of their assigned class/group of patients during their rehabilitation course.

• The RN will work with a multidisciplinary team to include Medical Directors, Exercise Physiologists, Registered Dietitian, Respiratory Therapy, Physical Therapist, Social Workers, and Patient Access Specialist to support the needs of patients.

• This role will support the North College location - Pulmonary Rehab and POTS Rehab & will cross train with the Cardiac and PAD Rehab Clinic at the Addison location.

Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 0745-1600. No weekends/holidays!

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree

• Experience: 1 years' experience

• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Critical Care experienced is preferred.
