Kaua'i Medical Clinic is the island's largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group. More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue.

At the Kaua'i Medical Clinic the Hematology Oncology department provides care via visiting board-certified oncologists from Straub Clinic & Hospital who are trained to evaluate and treat all types of cancer and blood disorders. Patients can receive blood transfusions, chemotherapy, nutritional support, antibiotics and other IV therapy. Three physicians travel regularly from Honolulu to provide care and treatment to Kaua'i patients, facilitating specialty care through the Hawai'i Pacific Health network. In addition to the physician-provided services, Kaua'i Medical Clinic's nurses are skilled in providing education and emotional support to patients and their families.

As the Clinic Registrar - Receptionist, you will be on the front line of customer service and support for patients at Hawai'i Pacific Health hospitals and clinics. This involves performing a broad array of administrative and customer service tasks to process clinic patients and coordinate their needs with physician services. We are looking for someone with outstanding customer service and communication skills, ability to carry out tasks with minimal supervision and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai'i.

Minimum Qualifications: High school or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: Completion of a recognized medical secretarial program. Two (2) years of experience in a medical office, clinic or other health care setting.
