    The Reticle Manufacturing Process Engineer Role is responsible for ensuring the health of the Fab processes, ensuring high-quality output, and reacting to product deviations to resolve issues at the root cause level.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitoring production and test results to proactively identify trends or shifts in processes or defectivity requiring intervention

    • Working collaboratively with Equipment Sustaining team to understand and monitor equipment performance on defects and critical metrics

    • Ensuring communication and timely follow up of FEOL issues between process owners and on-shift manufacturing teams to enable yield and cycle time improvement

    • Analyzing defective and or out of spec reticle and associated materials, tools, processed, and process flows to determine root causes

    • Making data driven decisions to appropriately disposition product, tools, and materials to prevent recurrence

    • Mentoring and training others both within and outside the Sustaining team on processes, methods, and theory.

    Qualifications

    Successful candidates for this position will have

    • Strong interpersonal skills

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

    • A high level of self-motivation and an ability to self-direct their work

    • Comfortably able to multitask and manage multiple ongoing requests

    • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

    • The willingness to support all reticle manufacturing processes from running tools to reviewing results

    • Solid understanding of statistics as it relates to manufacturing with an emphasis in Statistical Process Control (SPC)

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software products and ability to learn and use new software platforms as required

    • Willingness to work any shift

    • Working hours are 12 hours shift (3 or 4 days per week) with rotation between dayshift and nightshift every 4-months.

    Education Requirements

    Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics or equivalent experience
