    Seeking a dynamic Per Diem (as needed) Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse to support our growing program at Northwest Medical Center!

    What you'll do:

    In response to standard assessment and evaluation procedures, develops an Individual Treatment Plan for each patient to include exercise, nutrition, education, and psychosocial needs. Monitors, evaluates and adjusts exercise prescription for positive patient outcomes. Provides patient education via a variety of formats. Provides written documentation to patient physicians.

    Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

    Education

    Required: Associates or Diploma in nursing program

    Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing

    Experience

    Clinical experience in critical care highly preferred.

    Licenses/Certifications:

    Current Arizona RN license or compact state license

    American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS & ACLS
