Roll Form Operator

Seeking a Roll Form Operator on 1st Shift

Job Description:

The Plate Roll and/or Roll Form Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating plate rolling machinery to bend and form metal plates according to specified dimensions and tolerances. Machines are 10' and 12' wide. Metal is 1/4" - 2" in thickness.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate plate rolling machinery to bend and form metal plates according to specifications.

• Interpret blueprints and work orders to determine bending requirements.

• Monitor machine operation to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.

• Adhere to safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Shift:

• 6am-2:30pm (Monday thru Friday)

Pay:

• $23-30/hr depending on experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Plate Roll Operator or similar role in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards.

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and operate machinery safely and effectively.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
