    1. Must be able to work on Guam USA without any restrictions. Looking for candiates who are US Citizens, US Permanent Residents or Residents from Federated States of Micronesia.

    2. This is for Part Time Position.

    3. Minium six (6) months as a Room Attendant at Housekeeping Department in a Full-Service Hotel.

    What's the job?

    As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will clean guest rooms and/or suites on a timely and thorough manner in accordance with brand standards to ensure guests check in to a clean and restful room that inspires success and embraces life.

    Your-day-to-day

    People

    • Promote and maintain a safe and positive workplace.

    • Attends meetings and training sessions as required.

    • Maintain regular and consistent attendance, appearance and attitude.

    • Promote teamwork and quality service through regular communication and coordination with managers, team members, and other departments.

    Financial

    • Monitor and control supplies and amenities.

    • Minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping.

    • Maintains equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair.

    Guest Experience

    • You'll make sure our rooms are always at their best in accordance with brand standards.

    • Replenish guests' supplies.

    • Ensures guest services and guest requests are promptly and courteously delivered.

    • Reports guest complaints immediately.

    • Report damage or malfunction in resort rooms to superior.

    Responsible Business

    • Safety awareness - follow established safety procedures at all times and wear proper personal protective equipment.

    • Report, turn in, and log lost and found property according to established procedures.

    • Strives to maintain the high standards of the hotel for all guests with special attention to IHG Loyalty program and other VIPs.

    • Report unusual behavior/activities on floors.

    • Compliance with hotel's health, safety and hygiene policy.

    • Maintain a section room report.

    • Maintain a daily room list and proper recording of room status.

    • Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Practice proper handling of chemicals and cleaning solutions.

    What we need from you

    Education - High School Diploma or equivalent

    Service years - Minium six (6) months as a Room Attendant at Housekeeping Department in a Full-Service Hotel.

    Knowledge and skills

    • Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests and employees.

    • Basic math skills, reading, and writing are used when completing paperwork.

    • Proficient computer skills including MS programs.

    • Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather.

    • Must be able to obtain a vehicle operator license.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally.

    Language - Ability to speak, understand, read and write English.

    Preferred (if required)

    • Carrying, lifting, pushing and/or pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds

    • Frequently standing up and moving about the facility.

    • Frequently handling objects and equipment to maintain the facility

    • Frequently bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing and crawling

    • May regularly assigned to perform deep cleaning projects.
