    SUMMARY

    This role is an integral part of the Commercial Operations team and will lead in providing critical customer demand insight to allow the organization to effect data-driven decision making, optimize service delivery and improve customer experience. The main responsibilities of this role are to provide supporting data and reports to assist in driving decision-making across the organization, and to engage with and influence internal and external customers allowing the optimization of processes and leveraging analytics to uncover insights that enhance business performance. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, skilled at synthesizing complex data, and possesses strong analytical skills.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead in customer engagement to manage the collection of customer forecasts, perform customer data analysis, and develop internal and external reports to support key business decisions, initiatives, and execution.

    • Develop business analytics using ERP (PLEX), Business Intelligence (Qlik) and other software to drive actionable insights and make recommendations that optimize business performance and revenue generation.

    • Leverage data-driven insights and trends to identify customer needs, growth opportunities, effectively communicate the state of the business and enable the organization to make data-driven decisions.

    • Act as a strategic partner to sales, planning, production, customer service, finance, and other teams, providing data to drive revenue growth, assist in enhancing operational efficiency and improve customer experience.

    • Coordinate the annual revenue budget, quarterly outlook updates, monthly sales trend analysis, and daily Sales & Operations Plan reporting.

    • Develop, implement and maintain effective business processes and tools for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Quoting, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and metrics reporting.

    • Participate in cross-functional initiatives exhibiting collaborative approach and Team First behavior, as assigned.

    • Identify and lead the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs), reports, dashboards and presentations to monitor and effectively communicate customer budget to actual revenue status and other insights.

    • Track and report on customer supply agreements including but not limited to quarterly scrap reimbursement reconciliation, year over year customer volume comparisons.

    • Develop and publish periodic reports on an on-going basis.

    • Active participant in customer presentations and site visits.

    • Travel up to 10%.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations, business analytics, or a similar role preferably within medical devices, pharma, biotech, life sciences industries.

    • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process optimization in a complex business environment.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic insights and decisions.

    • Expert level proficiency in software and systems data such as Excel, ERP, Business Intelligence, CRM or similar platforms.

    • Proficiency in other Microsoft tools.

    • Customer facing experience and experience with CRM systems and other relevant sales and marketing technologies.
