Job Title : Finance Transformation - SAP Finance Solution Architect

Opportunity to work 100% remotely for a global provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions

Description

The SAP Finance Solution Architect will be responsible for partnering with global finance to implement SAP S/4 HANA platform. Additionally this person will posses strong technical skill and experience in configuration and implementation of SAP Core and related finance modules. This role will also have you responsible for analyzing future product enhancements and development of a roadmap for process improvements with both long and short term recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Leads the finance SAP solution design, build and implementation, this includes requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution;

• Analyze existing business processes across the organization and utilize existing knowledge of SAP solutions that would support those processes to design solutions with user experience in mind and create mockups or prototypes to assist with development;

• Subject matter expert who understands the business needs and either configures system to match needs or translates them into requirements;

• Assist in coordination and consolidation of issue handling, analyzing, and tracking;

• Provide expertise in the critical systems / applications used in the product area to leverage all the features available;

• Key team member as part of future exploratory work for SAP S/4 i.e. analyze, and continuously improve business processes and applications in the Finance Record to Report (RTR) area.

• Perform other ad hoc finance tasks as needed.

Must Have

• Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years in Insurance/Reinsurance

• Must currently hold CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent

• 5+ years SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Core and related solutions ecosystem.

• Successfully lead 2+ SAP full cycle implementations.
